Dear Fallbrook Neighbors,

 

In the effort to enhance the safety our homes, community, children playing, and deter misguided activities, Fallbrook will be joining Berisford, Quail Lake, Presidents Landing, and the Lansbrook Master Association installing video cameras over the next week at our Tamworth and Kylemore entrances. 

 

This surveillance system was selected to deter, prevent, and provide evidence around our entrances, capturing vehicles and activities in the common areas.  The Board of Directors will have the only access to the system.  There is no Wi-Fi connection, nor will the installing vendor have access to any content.  Content for evidence will only be released by the Board to the proper authorities on request or as advised by Fallbrook’s legal counsel.

 

The Board, nor any third party, will never actively monitoring the system.  If there is an activity that occurs around Fallbrook, please contact the local authorities and Laura Coleman at Greenacre (lcoleman@greenacre.com, 813-936-4113). Laura will contact the Board to obtain the video and work with the proper authorities to release any evidence.

 

Around our neighborhood, there are many homes with personal surveillance and alarms systems.  Our main entrance system, along with the personal home systems, will further enhance the safe, quiet community we live in.
