• ACC Applications: All external changes (paint, landscape, fencing, etc.) must be approved by the ACC (Architectural Control Committee) prior to commencing and completing the project.  

 

• Submit forms to Fallbrook at Lansbrook HOA, 4131 Gunn Highway, Tampa, Florida. 33618. The completed forms will be forwarded to the Fallbrook BOD ACC Chairperson.

• Signs: No signs or advertising posters of any kind shall be maintained or permitted on any part of the Property.  Standard Real Estate Signs are permitted, standard sizes being considered 18" x 24" or 24" x 24" if using a square sign.  The American Flag may be displayed according to Florida Statutes.  (Fallbrook Rules and Regs - May 2012)

• Mailbox: All mailboxes must be approved in writing by the Committee.  Each home will have the same neighborhood standard mailbox.  (Fallbrook Rules and Regs - May 2012)
   

• Conservation living. Pinellas county has easements in place to maintain the beauty of the conservation land around Fallbrook. Removing trees, brush, plants or dumping yard debris without the permits and review by Pinellas will result in Pinellas requiring the homeowner to restore to the land to original condition.
